YOU ARE HERE

This proposed development focused on a mixed use mid-rise building which anchored a sloping site. The building featured extensive sustainable technologies including green roofs, water and energy management and durable materials. It was flanked by town homes and green space to allow for several different types of living situations which could accommodate families, seniors, young couples and single occupants.
